We founded Weeping Rose Floral and Design llc with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Delivery

Delivery hours are 9 A.M.-6 P.M. local time.

Delays: we will contact you with any issues that may arise.

Non-Delivery/ Late Delivery:

some conditions are outside of our control, lack of access to delivery address, weather conditions.​

incomplete or insufficient address provided.

The order will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity with correct information.​​​​

Any orders refused by addressee will not be refunded.

Substitution

If floral container or vase is not available a similar container with bee substituted

Flower arrangement and assorted flowers keep in mind flowers and colors change with seasons. With flowers that are not available we will substitute other kinds of flowers at equal and greater value.
Warranty Disclaimer
We offer the freshest stems possible, please keep in mind to extend the life of your flowers you must keep changing out the water and re-cutting the stems.
Plant/ Orchids: We are unable to guarantee the length of the time of a plant will last, but it will last longer than fresh flowers. keep in mind to not over water your plants and orchids.

Cancellation
Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Same day and next day may not be cancelled.
